Breakfast ideas

What do you eat that fills you up?

I've always been a cereal kind of girl, but alternating between cold quinoa & millet grits with banana just doesn't fill me for very long. So I'm looking for other easy filling ideas.
I've looked at some recipes, but I'm in a breakfast rut....

(no dairy, wheat, corn, cinnamon, soy and some other random things...)

: We are no dairy, gluten, or soy. You didn't mention you can't have egg and my breakfasts usually contain egg.

I make french toast with a GF bread. Egg and almond milk are my mixture.

You can make a dutch baby with rice flour, egg, and almond milk.

If you eat meat the customary eggs and bacon is always good too. We use nitrate free bacon.

At this point I'm thinking it's no wonder we go through so many eggs.

We do bacon and eggs; various fruits; smoothie w/ fruit and coconut milk; almond butter with apple and a touch of raw honey; me only - peanut butter and jelly on a rice cake; oatmeal (i usually put jam on mine, and i put coconut milk and raspberries on DD's, along with cinnamon which is out for you); DD sometimes wants avocado in the morning.....I think this is pretty much our list right now.

ETA: forgot to say that we actually switch between 3 grains for the morning hot cereal - GF oatmeal, quinoa flakes, and amaranth.
