I've tried eBay, but I haven't had great luck. Where do you like to shop for second-hand educational materials?

oh...and if you are shopping for a specific curriculum, they usually have a yahoo group dedicated to resales. for example, i've bought a lot of sonlight lately through "recycle sonlight yahoo group".

I like Amazon because they tell you how used the book really is before buying it so that's who I use the most for used books. I don't like books that "look" used. I also joined a local Yahoo group where homeschoolers sell used books and curriculum. But I buy a lot of new stuff when possible or at least on sale directly through the companies I buy from.

The library can be a good place to find workbooks and copy the pages. I've done that a few times, although their stuff tends to be a bit old. But either way they're learning.
