I am needing to find a new Dr for my kiddos. How do I broach the subject of vaccines and their stance with the DR? I don't want to be blunt but want to know before we join the practice. Are there a list of questions you tske with you, a certain wording you use?
My appt is in the morning, a follow up from a hosp stay over the weekend with my oldest ds. Didn't plan on doing this so soon. Much appreciated!

Well, I guess you'll find out in the morning what he things about not vaccinating. Don't let him bully you.

Or did I misunderstand? Are you going for an interview?

Yeah, I am seeing him tomorrow. He seemed to be a really great Dr in the hosp. but not necassarily from a natural/holistic perspective. Does that make sense?
I have a follow-up in the morning and thought I would just ask a few questions and decide if i want to join the practice.
With that in mind, how do you find thier stance without just coming and saying "so, i don't vax my kids", or "what do you think about delayed/non vaxing?"

I wouldn't ask their opinion, unless that is what you are really looking for. I would just state what you will be doing in regards to vaccination (non/selective/delayed/whatever) and then ask if their practice would be willing to work with you.

If you ask "what do you think about delayed/non vaxing?" you may just be inviting a lengthy lecture

I really don't see any benefit to beating around the bush.
