My DD Safiyyah Aisha was born on 1/20/09 a day before my birthday: If I had continued to labor( I had a c-section) she would have been born on my birthday. She was born at 37 weeks 2 days and weighed 7 lbs 8 oz.

I'd like to write more about her birth, but will do so later. I'm asking for good health vibes from you ladies. I'm taking Safiyyah to her Ped because she has lost quite a bit of weight and I also suspect that she might have some other issues. I've never had a DC born so close to 37 weeks, so I don't know if the issues are because she was 37 & 2.

I'll be back to welcome all of the new babies::: and to update you on how Safiyyah is doing. I missed this DDC while I was in the hospital(they didn't have wifi

Thank you ladies s. Safi was admitted to pediatrics for 3 days, she was jaundiced. We are back home now and I'm greatful that she has stopped losing weight and is now gaining:::.
