Isaac Felix was born at 6:23 am January 22, 2009 into the loving hands of my friend and midwife in the hospital (as planned). About 7 hours of active labor, after water breaking much earlier in the day. After two ultrasounds showing a huge baby he weighed in at a tiny 6-12 and 20 inches. I think he's perfect (of course) and breastfeeding is going better than I could have even hoped. 
:: We got to leave the hospital after 12 hours and spend our first night at home. Everything I could have hoped for! And a little boy to boot....
