Teddy Rabbit, but Kathy Stinson

This is a book NOT about breastfeeding, but it is lovely--both the story and illustrations, and the last picture of the book--A woman's sitting on the grass, one strap of her tank top is down, and she's nursing a baby, and an older child is looking over her shoulder. She is not the focus of the page, there're other, more relevant to the story elements, but it was just so lovely to see her nursing!

The gist of the story--a boy had a teddy rabbit and is worried wheather he will be allowed to attend a teddy bear picnic for children and their teddies. for those from Toronto--very realistic illustrations of the city. They go to the Central Island.

Divorce or separation is very very lightly hinted at. Just one sentence: "Tony's Dad came to take him to Center Island."

It is also a dark-skinned family.

Wonderful story and illustrations!
