What if you can't physically clean and declutter?

I am preggers and have been sick (on bed rest) and don't know how much longer it is going to last. I can lay in bed and do things from there but it's even hard for me to get up to get s glass of water.

maybe you can work on it for an hour or so, once a week, with a girlfriend. have her bring in a big basket of whatever category you want to work on: papers, clothing, books/cds, your girls' toys or clothes - anything you feel you would like to downsize. you can just yell "keep!" "toss!" "donate!" while enjoying a non-nauseating treat, and your friend can put each thing into the appropriate box or bag. or, as tracy says, work on letting go of ideas that no longer work for you.

I'm super excited about making my first treasure map! I hadn't heard of it before this thread and I glanced at it and thought, "hey, that sounds neat, but I'm not really up for the decluttering prep work..."

Lo and behold, within days DH and I found something we desperately want but will need serious help from the Universe to see it realized AND were hit with a major urge to start clearing out everything cluttering up our lives, physically and financially.

Even my very down-to-earth, un-spiritual DH seems to be embracing the concept of thinking hard about what he really wants and articulating it (if only to himself and me) so that it's out there, a real desire that he and the universe can bring to fruition. I think it'll be good for him; he's usually the mope-around-complaining-without-thinking-of-how-things-could-be-different type .

only-- Tracy, last month or so, i started thinking about this year's map, and on several sites i found that the Aries new moon is on like April 5th at noon! so then i saw your post, and been looking around, and found March 26th (not 25th) AND April 5th, on different sites. what gives? :

i can't wait to do the new map. this will be #3 for me. the 1st one was amazing beyond amazing. last year's wasn't as exciting, i think because i was rushed doing it (i was in a very intense class and couldn't devote my whole energy to it), plus i kept thinking i wanted a circular one but didn't listen to instinct and did a rectangular one, plus i really still feel like it never got totally finished because i felt so rushed/unable to concentrate.

this year i have plenty of time, and i just can't wait to dive in

Hiii!

I am so very ready for this new TM. Last year was a year of incredible change and self tranformation. This year it will be out with the old skin I managed to shed and in with the new, vibrant life changes. This year is what I've been waiting for! I have so much to plan for, so much to look forward to...as do we all! :

Last year, I only had magazine clippings and typed quotes/affirmations.

Tracy (or anyone) can you suggest any creative ways of adding some "zest" to the maps?

I've already began decluttering/organizing and sending stuff off to the thrift stores. I cannot believe how much I have changed since last year. My TM has come around almost full-circle...However, I am still dealing with a bumpy road, but once it smoothes out, it's good kharma for awhile, I can feel it.

When can we begin the "collecting" process for items on this new TM?

Let's get this show on the road!

weehee! i looked for the date the other day, and came up with a very different one (um, april 22 or something), so glad i saw this! :

maia--last year was april 5... maybe that's why?? but it was at like 10pm (well, my time zone. and yes, i remember that, because the 6th is ds's birthday, lol).

"zest"! lol... well, i'm planning (emphasis on PLAN, who knows what the day will bring, lol)... to make cards (like oracle cards?) of mine... and also do some beading. not that one would add that TO a map... mmm. though, one *could*

I have seen and personally experienced some of the bigger items on my Treasure Map actually arrive in my life the last 3 weeks of TM time. Literally a month before the New TM.

This has been true for me too. I've been seeing a lot of movement on my map within the last three weeks...and I expect it to continue all the way to the making of my next map!!
