IRL interaction

We had our last Bradley class last night. The topics were breastfeeding, newborn care, and that kind of stuff. Our instructor brought up circumcision and asked if anyone was thinking about doing it (so she could talk them out of it). After back and forth debates for the last 20 weeks about this topic, this was the first opportunity for my DH to hear others talk IRL about why they are not circc'ing. I think it was really eye opening for him. He sat and listened and did not make any snide comments. He KNOWS we are not getting it done, but I think this made him understand that I was not just throwing random articles at him to support MY side of things. That there are thinking parents in our area that see it my way. It was great!

Well, it was a bradley class directed at homebirths, and the instructor is my MW. So it could be the particular croud that is drawn to such ideas.....

Still that is pretty good. How many in the class and how many choose the humane path?

4 couples total. One knows they are having a girl, so 3 that had to make the choice, one being us, so another 2 couples basically.
