how do i find a manual for a kenmore sewing machine?

this sewing machine is 32 yrs old. it was made in 1976 i think. which, by the way, is the year i was born. lol.

i inherited this sewing machine. i would like to start using it. i have lawys broken every sewing machine i have ever used. so i would like to read the whole manual before i start playing with it. :sheepish:
