Please pray for me...

I had 3 messages from my doctor & her office in 3 days. She wants me to come in today, instead of keeping my appt for tomorrow. She said it's dangerous to go beyond 40 wks (I'll be 41 wks tomorrow).

Baby and I don't have any health issues going on. I told her I'll be there - I have to leave in about an hour and a half. I just want to reassure her that I'm okay (let her do the NST), but intend to decline the induction unless she has a valid medical reason.

PLEASE pray for me... I am so stressed out!

Praying for you! If she really insists your could always schedule for tomorrow and go home and take some castor oil to see if that does the trick. If not, then just cancel

I'm sorry you're going thru this!

Praying for you! You should not be the one that has to re-assure her! It should be the other way around.

Thanks everyone. Unfortunately, at this point I cannot transfer care to anybody else.
My doc's very mainstream and basically cannot go beyond 41 weeks.
I have to make a VERY tough decision here. My only option at this point is AROM. Hopefully this will work. She's doing it today at around 8 am. I hope I go into labor naturally after the AROM. (I'm 2 cm dilated and head's engaged.)
Thanks for your advice everyone and keep me in your thoughts/prayers!!

Wow... I can't believe she won't let you go past 41 weeks. I thought that 42 was fairly widely accepted.

Anyway, good luck. I hope that you can avoid the drip!!
