if your baby is at least 6 week old, how big is their soft spot?

Just wondering...DS is 9 weeks and his soft spot is tiny--I can cover it with the pad of my thumb. My friend has a 6 month old DS and his soft spot is way bigger than my baby's.

It is pretty big, about the size of a half dollar?

Depending on how recently he's eaten, it ranges from pretty big (half dollar but oval) and very deep, to tiny (smaller than the pad of my thumb) and I have trouble finding it sometimes.
I think it's really cool, kind of like a water level measure

At 10 weeks, Evangeline's is about the size of a nickel. I'm glad it's going away as it kind of creeps me out

ds is almost 9 weeks now and his is smaller than an oblong dime. I posted in the infant section a few weeks ago about the very same thing. It just seemed so much smaller than dd's was at that age.
