I sent a packet of leaflets, bumper stickers, and stuff to a pregnant history teacher at my daughter's high school.

She's not and never will be a teacher to my kid. I have no reason to approach her, so I figured an unsolicited mailing was prety much all I could do.

If you have a 3x5 card that shows the surface area of the adult foreskin, that's something you could pin up on a Starbucks bulletin board.

Which other chains have free notice boards?

Many laundromats and universities have notice boards.

Like Nandi said, universities and laundramats have bulletin boards you can use.
I've found that in my area you can leave pamphlets on bulletin boards at Panera bakery/restaurants, Home Depot (they have the bulletin boards in the bathrooms), Half-Price Books, many local coffee and donut shops, apartment complexes (in their mail rooms), our local barber shop has one, as does our local health food and vitamin shop (one of ours has business cards that inform parents to educate before they vaccinate - I figured they would be receptive of nocirc pamphlets as well). That's all I can think of at the moment.

i plant seeds of awareness all over portland with my 2 (so far) anti-circ bumper stickers in my rear window. i also have "circumcision hurts babies" all over my myspace & tribe profiles. just today, i posted a myspace bulletin quoting a post from this board that i thought was great & wanted to share.
