More money spent on diapers. I can't talk about it right now. Maybe I'll be able to in a few days.

It is February 5th and I still have yet to have ONE day where I didn't visit the website that is my nemesis.

I don't know what is going on.

We did sign the paperwork yesterday refinancing our house. 4.25 % !!!!!!!!!!!!! That is going to save us so much money (we were at 8% before).

But still...is that a reason to go out buying diapers????

Ridiculous.

Our house is overrun with cute pink diapers with things embroidered on the butt.

01..
02.. $10 car wash
03..
04.. $42 diapers

02- :$2.09 coffee.

$54 on milk (we get raw milk and i decided to pay for 3 weeks at a time yesterday so i could possibly get more "no spend" days this month). yes, im manipulating my competition i guess.
$52 on gas (but had a $6 coupon..not sure it was worth it though..i was at the slowest gas pump in the ENTIRE WORLD!!!).
did not get my car wash b/c it was 20 cars long BUT DP informed me that they are picking up my car tomorrow and so they will wash it before bringing it back! yeh!!!
$27.50 - paid for some credits i purchased through paperbackswap.com (R, ask me about those..you can purchase credits without having to pay pbs fees). mailed some books but that $$ was taken from the pbs account so in my world it doesnt count. ill add it here if i deposit more money there.
$2.36 coffee. (thats 2 this week)

c. How you plan to get there

1) Budget all spending on food - goal is $40 a week (my half of the weekly bill)
2) Stick to the library
3) Stay in the neighborhood as to avoid paying for public transit (we don't have a car)
4) No new clothes or other unnecessary items
5) Leave debit & credit card at home and only use cash
6) record spending here and in my personal diary

So here goes:

no spend =
groceries = :
unnecessary =
saved or used to pay for bills, trip, extra loan payment =

Groceries 39.99/120
Trip Savings 0/200
Money saved for March bills 0/1000 (includes rent, utilities, and loan payments)
Extra loan payment 0/100
Cat stuff 19.00

2/1- $35 shopping for the week :
2/2-
2/3- $19.00 on cat food - forgot to put this in the budget, will remember next month. Although most of the bill was for a big bag of dry food that will last two months.[/QUOTE]
2/4- $4.99 :

I am so sorry. I know those are your weakness. Sending you strength and well wishes.

I love doing the preemptive . Easy day planned -- a bit of school this morning, basketball this afternoon and dinner is ready to go. Pre-planning the day has been key in my success. It makes it so much easier to have food and activities in place so I don't fall prey to my weakness for an easy night of pizza and movies.
