New Mexico Exempt form...

I need exempt forms for New Mexico for my kiddos..does anyone know what the procedures are?

You fill out an exemption, have it notarized, then either take it to the Health Dept. in Santa Fe (or mail it). They will approve it on the spot if you go, if mailed they will send you two copies. One to file with the school, and one to keep.

It's fairly easy, but the form is changing for next year. I just got a copy of the new exemption which allows for selective/delay religious exemption.
