Temperature Charting

Anyone else still charting?

I'm still taking my temperature every morning. It's making me nervous every time the temp drops a bit. My temp this morning was about 98.7 which is totally normal as a post-ovulatory temperature, but on tuesday it was 99 and it has been a bit lower every day since then. I'm really hoping it levels off or goes back up tomorrow.

I stopped charting when I got my BFP. Just a couple of days before testing, my temperature dropped really low and stayed there, when I realised the batteries in my thermometer were almost dead. I was sure I was getting my period.

I was 18 DPO today and still temping, but might take one more temp tomorrow b/c today's temp was down from yesterday's, and I want to end my temping on an upswing, lol.

W/ DD, I temped until about 7 weeks. That chart is still in my siggy, just click chart and then go to cycle 6.

I stopped taking my temp a couple of days ago as it was just making me nervous whenever I had a slightly lowered temp. I stopped on a day where it had gone up though to end it on a positive note.

Andrea, it's good to see your chart had many ups and downs, but ended up well!

My temp was up today. I don't know if I should just stop temping. It makes me so nervous, but at the same time it's reassuring when the temp is up and part of me wonders if knowing is better than not knowing. Last time I didn't temp at all, so this is new to me.

My midwife told me that it is not unusual for the BBT to fluctuate so I would try not to worry about it. Try is the operative word there

18dpo today, still charting, still testing. I have really low progesterone though, and until I get my second results back saying the level is going up, I chart so I can tell if it's dropping. My last test is tomorrow, so I'll be done with that, and I'll get the results back Monday so hopefully I can stop charting then.

i'm still temping and expect to for a while. some of it is just habit. something i've done everyday for over a year anyway.

No I stopped. I did the last time and it made me a mess.

I still am, but I will likely stop soon. AF was due today, so I'm not really "late" yet and I've had a chemical pregnancy, so I'm still a tad nervous that this bean won't stick.

i was so happy to stop. dh always had a tendency to want to ask me questions 1st thing in the am when i had a thermometer in my mouth.

Nope. Not at all. It's just one more thing that I could worry about, which I really don't need right now. I'm trying to be as mellow and low-key as possible about this pg.
