What have been some of yours recently?

Today we stopped into a baby store that I didn't even realized did consignment. Found a Moby for $18, and a brand new, tags still on wool Gymboree coat for $26.

What have you found?

That is a great find!

OP, you scored, too!

My most recent FF wasn't super duper cheap, but it was the best price I'd found and I was excited about it. I'd been looking for a Kitchenaid stand mixer in one of a few colors. I was willing to be flexible if the price was right.

At any rate, I'd been tracking prices and was disappointed not to find any mixers for under $200. A couple weeks ago I was in Kohl's and just out of habit cruised by the mixers. They had one cobalt blue mixer for $179. I had the guy check the price for me because I was so happy and didn't want to be disappointed at the register if it didn't ring up for that price. Anyway, I got my first choice color of cobalt blue for under $200 even with tax. :

Went thrifting today and found 2 dresses, 1 brand new pair of tights, and 2 sweaters all gymboree for under $5 total.

Last week Old Navy had a half off code for clearance items so I ordered a ton of stuff for the family for under 4.00 an item. That rocked.

Local grocery store was clearance out cans of pumpkin so we bought the whole case for 1.50 for a huge can each. Not the best deal ever, but we love pumpkin and go through quite a bit of it so I was pleased.

JC Pennys had kids shoes marked down to $4.99 buy one pair get one free last week so stocked up on next years sizes for the kiddos for dirt cheep.

I got 14 quarts of mushrooms for $12! We love mushrooms but they are so expensive. And canned ones are just gross. So this was the highlight of my month! I dried almost all of them and made yummy mushroom soup for the freezer with the rest

There's a big thrift store near me that has a sale on the last Friday of every month where you get a bag of clothes for $5, limit two. You get like a plastic grocery store bag and you can roll the clothes up really tight and the bag can be overflowing. It's amazing how much clothes you can fit in there!

Went to the Baby Legs Warehouse Sale here in Seattle and picked up over 20 pairs of Baby Legs for $1 each. We're planning on giving these away to babies who are hospitalized next Christmas. We also picked up some lovely organic baby clothing at about 75% off.

Last week found a pair of shoes for my 4 year old at Old Navy for $2.

The same day I got a FREE haircut and highlights at a very cool salon as a hair model.

I went to Gymboree on Weds (under the advice of a friend) and they had their new rainbow line for $4.99 and UNDER! I got my DD a bunch of dresses, a few pairs of capri yoga pants and matching tshirts. I think I spent $40 total but got lots of stuff!

We got a Kelty Kids backpack for $8 recently. It's so very comfortable, and dh loves wearing it (he's a big guy, and many carriers aren't built for a big guy), so that was a great find for us.

I also found a really cute romper for summer for my little one for $1.60. It's a little bit dressy, and we have a wedding to go to, so it'll be perfect.
