Daisymae sorry to hear that. It will happen...


I was almost convinced I wouldnt get AF because I never have but boy was I wrong. Nothing like working 12 hours and running to the ladies room every 20 min. So now the question is should I cancel my Valentines day trip to NY to possibly have an IUI on Valentines day? I have an ultrasound tomorrow. The Dr want to do cloimid and injectables this month last month we did clomid 50 mg and IUI on 1/17...DH doesnt really want to cancel NY but I really dont want to wait another month. Dont know what to do.

Ooh, 11 days Laci. I'm usually very antsy by that time!

I'm sitting here with terrible cramps, but no AF yet. Just come already!

My IUI is scheduled for tomorrow. I did the trigger shot last night.

This morning I cancelled another dr appt I had tomorrow because I don't think I'll be up to it after the IUI. I mentioned to DS I was calling to cancel an appt since I had 2 appts and he said "If one of the appointments is to help you have a baby, don't cancel that one". He is so ready to have a little brother or sister.

eta: Becky that's a tough call about your NY trip. I don't know what I would decide.

Needle- That is so sweet about your DS. Good luck with your IUI!

Daisy- I hear ya! I am 14 DPIUI and I am ansty to get this over with. I know it is coming and I am tired of waiting.

Hey needle in the hay I'll be thinking about you tomorrow. Hope your tww goes by super fast.

I don't need to make a decision about NY. The doctor decided for me. I have a cyst in my left ovary. Back on BCP for 2 weeks. Hope the cyst goes away in my tww.

Becky- So sorry about the cyst. But think, there was a reason it turned out this way. Even tho you are on hold and BPC's suck, you can go on your trip. You can come back and start over. It will be ok.

Needle- How nice of your DS! How was the lining?

Laci- Fingers crossed!!! How do you feel?

Daisy- Sorry for BFN Glad you and your doc have a plan. Next time, bring your own lucky (chicken) egg, too. Maybe it will emit good egg ju-ju.

AFM- 3 DAYS!!!!! I don't feel very cystic, So I hope its gone

Becky, I'm sorry to hear about the cyst, but perhaps the trip away will be a nice escape for you and your husband. DH and I are visiting friends in CT this weekend and I'm looking forward to getting away (other than the fact that we're having dinner with a woman who just announced she's pg. C'est la vie).

AFM, spotting started tonight, so tomorrow will be day 1. By Sunday I will be back on the Letrozole. At least it all happens pretty quickly.

Daisy isn't it funny how everyone seems to be announcing they are pregnant. I found a friend from elementary school on facebook and asked how she was doing? She replied with "great we are expecting a baby girl in May". Last week I told my friend I got a BFN. 2 hours later she posted a comment on FB complaining that her belly felt like it would pop.

Becky8824 - I have had that happen to me before too on F.B actually. I know how it feels and it sucks. Sorry it had to happen to you too!!! I hope your trip to NY can be a good distraction from R.L. Have a great time!!!

DaisyMae - Sorry to hear about AF showing up!!

Laci - I'm feeling about the same as you -not too much at all (except I have what i think is a head cold - yuck)!! Kinda gets me down, but I'm trying to keep the hope alive. I'm not scheduled for a beta I'm just suppose to test myself on Tues also. Good luck to you cycle buddy. Maybe we can get our BFP together!!! Take care!

by-the-lake, thanks! My dr didn't do an US today but on Wed she said the lining looked better. I hope your cyst is gone.

Daisy, thanks and good luck this cycle! Good luck with the dinner too. Hopefully very soon you will be the one making that announcement.

Nummies and Laci, thank you for your kind words (and vibes)! Laci, I hope you get good news at your beta. Nummies, I hope your wait is over soon.

AFM, I am now officially "waiting to know". It seems I have a problem with my cervix as my dr. had a hard time doing the IUI. She was able to do it but it wasn't easy. So if this time didn't work, I will be taking next cycle off and she'll figure out what's going on with my cervix.

DaisyMae08 - I'm sorry. It sucks, sucks, sucks. Sounds like you have a good plan, hopefully you won't have to follow it to the end.

Becky8824 - Sorry about the cyst. I'm glad the decision about NY was taken out of your hands, though. Have fun! Hopefully you'll come back recharged.

by-the-lake - Two more days! Like anyone else has to tell you! When's your u/s? Let us know what your RE plans for the next cycle.

Needle in the Hay - What a cute comment by your DS! Good luck w/your tww.

AFM - This month we're doing clomid 25mg (for those that don't remember, I hyperstimulated a bit w/50mg and had a thinnish (6) lining). I feel like we need to do something different this cycle. We're hoping my side effects from clomid will lessen w/the smaller dose and I'll have 2 or 3 eggs tops. So that's our plan. It feels good to have a different approach, like something's changing so maybe that'll change our outcome.

Well, you might have seen my other post (HELP... Is this a (+). So now i just wait to see what my beta says. I had some twinges this morning and thought "what the heck i'll just use a $ store test and see if I get anything" and there it was a faint pink line so I did another one, $ store again b/c that is all i had and it looked the same. You can see it on the other post if you really want to look at it... so not really trusting it b/c i'm really not suppose to test until tues and it cost me a buck i went out and got a digital and here is what it said....

So I'm still not getting my hopes up yet and now i have to wait for the RE's office to call me back. She said either tonight before 5pm or tomorrow morning, I sure hope it is tonight b/c i so want to surprise my DH when he comes home from work around 6pm. The waiting game continues and the suspense grows even more!!!!

It is so weird to be on this end of it, kinda all makes me feel funny. I'v never been one who likes to be the center of attention. I'm so used to giving eveyone else congrats and smiley faces. It just seem so odd and surreal. Thanks again everyone for being so encouraging and supportive. I wouldn't have been able to do it without this fourm!!! You ladies are great and I wish you all the best of luck. So after i get my offical BFP from the Dr where do i go from here? I feel so lost? I'm assuming i have to leave this area right? (be warned... i'll still be stalking and cheering all of you on!). Can someone direct me?

Just wanted to wish all of you guys luck as I leave here!!!! I did get my official phone call this morning and my HCG is 76 and Progesterone is 66 so I guess I go every 48 hrs for repeat testing until my HCG reaches 1000 and then we schedule an U/S. I'm still in shock and disbelief!

So what is going on with everyone??? Lets get an update going here. How is everyone else doing??

Laci you still out there cycle buddy? Have you broken down and taken a HP-test yet???
