Thanks for the new thread Beaugreek!

I have been so so tired lately! The past couple of days I HAD to take a 3-4 hour nap or I wasn't functioning. I'm hoping it is a sign that it is my month!

Hi! I'm new to this thread (it looks awesome btw) and somewhat new to MDC as well. I'm currently in the two week wait - so obviously I'm 'waiting to know'. I chart by hand, so I have to chart link to share. Today I've been feeling REALLY sick to my tummy. But I'm only 8DPO so I'm not holding my breath or anything. If no AF, I plan to test on Valentine's Day! :

I'm still Waiting to O ... today is CD 8, and I tend to O around CD 20 so I've got a while to go still... maybe I'll O on valentines day?! it also happens to be my bday so I'm thinking it would be way cool to conceive then!

I'm starting a prescription prenatal this week and ditching the target cheapies, eating lots of organic carrots in hopes of better and more CM, got DH on extra vitamin C and thinking about starting both of us on RRL tea! Just read a great book by Marilyn Shannon, Fertility Cycles and Nutrition - I highly recommend it! Going out tonight to get a new pack of OPK's also.

Here's to hoping most of us graduate to the DDC's this cycle!!!

Good luck, I know it's difficult to resist.
Oooh, I had not thought of the birds

Well my temperature is still up and down so I may be gearing up to ovulate, or it could be AF. Who knows.
Patience is a virtue I guess. I will wait until Saturday when AF is due.

Good luck everyone.

Ooh, does Maca make you ovulate sooner? I would love to move mine up a few days!

I'm going to try my damnedest not to test until tomorrow at the earliest-that's when FF says I can-but I kind of wanted to just wait until like 18DPO. I don't really think I'll make it that long. I'm trying not to get too excited, but I am hopeful.
So your luteal phase is normally 12? I'll be excited on your behalf, how about that?

Your chart looks awesome, dude!

I am on CD 5 today and still just barely bleeding. I really hope I ovulate on day 14 this cycle, rather than 19 or 20, because of DH's work schedule. Also, because I hate waiting for it! I find waiting to ovulate WAY worse than the TWW! At least I can focus on all my imaginary symptoms during the TWW.

So I have a question for you guys...I have no reason to believe we will have any fertility problems (in fact, I have been pregnant by my husband before several years ago), and we've only tried for one cycle. Should I bother with grapefruit juice and green tea and vitex and l-arginine and all that, or should I just leave everything alone unless there is evidence of a problem? I got a big old bag of various fertility-enhancing supplements off Freecycle, and I am torn over whether to use any of it right now or not. I mean, I didn't pay for it, so it's not like I would be out any money...but then again, maybe I shouldn't mess too much with an (apparently) working system. What do y'all think?

Don't mess with a system that is working. That was the advice I received and I think it is excellent advice. Just keep yourself healthy, eat healthy foods, excercise, ect, ect.

Not everyone pukes... and most people don't start feeling sick until at least 6-8 weeks along.
In fact my SIL says she feels better when she's pregnant!

NoraFlood... I agree with everybody else, don't mess with anything unless you know there's a problem.
Now that I am more or less Oing on my own, should I stop taking vitex? I have been taking it for about 5 months and do you think it would be bad to keep taking it? I am hoping to O on day 14 and get a 14 day LP (like I did in highschool, pre BCP). That was also like 11 years ago, so who knows how likely that is!

I agree. Totally. This next week is going to KILL me! Especially since my 'O' date is not steady, and since I've been taking Maca I don't really know what to expect.

I agree with the others, if you're regular, don't go messin' around with your cylce too much.
