In the 1990s - Late... There was a band. Four black men(young) I think...
I can not for the life of me remember the song...however in the mtv video they were all in a convertable car cruising down the street at night.

What was the band? lol...Any ideas. I can you tube them then and figure out the song lol. I used to love it...but I was like what...only 12 or 13 or something then! lol
