Petitioner has prevailed on the issue of entitlement. The medical records during decedent's final hospitalization reflect that she died from demyelinating disease. Not only did decedent have a vaccine injury, but also her death was vaccine-related.

I think it is so interesting that when they wanted to inject my hours old newborn with this vaccine that they didn't tell me that these types of problems can happen as a result of this vaccine, but assured me how safe it was.

how can they assure someone vaccines are safe, and not at least tell the parent the risk attached

This is so sad. Other vaccines might be debatable but this one is just completely dishonest on the part of the CDC to me. (Unless you have hep B) there is no reason under the sun to subject an infant to this even if the chance of reaction were nil.

I have always thought MS was caused by vaccinations. I cared for a woman who had MS. A friend I grew up with died from complications of MS.

My first cousin has MS and it has been heartbreaking to watch her go from a spry vivacious woman to a haggard old person who walks with a cane and is in pain all the time as she struggles to care for her 2 kids
