Unbelievably bad article in Mens Health, March issue - Page 2

I hear you! It still makes me upset days later. Yesterday, out of the blue, a woman from Men's Health called me and asked me how we were enjoying the subscription. I told her about how awful that article was & how we can't renew b/c we are so disappointed in the magazine. She said we can call 1 800 666 2306 also, to complain to the proper dept. She did agree that it was embarrassing to have such a misleading article printed.

I will say that I liked the part about the 35 year old guy that had it done and was back to work the next day. Shows my dh that it doesnt hurt as bad as everyone is telling him, when your an adult!

I was wondering how long they had to look to find someone who was happy with his circumcision! But, the guy in the article was free to make his own decision (consenting adult), unlike a newborn.

I was so upset at this article. It also doesn't help that my pro-circ DH loves this magazine and probably will feel more justified b/c of this stupid article.

Google the author, and the author's relatives; I suspect there's reasons for bias on this topic that aren't entirely scientific.

Did this Dr. Halperin search the US and Europe to find the discrepencies in AIDS between the two???? **** No!!! Just Africa and Asia!!! WTF???
