Can that be true? If you have gold crown and silver fillings it's possible for them to generate a spark and give yourself a shock?

OH well I think I'll get the silver fillings replaced sometime anyway, then I wouldn't have to worry about spark in my mouth or something. I'm getting a gold crown for sure. I only have two small amalgam fillings and they're on non-biting surface. I think composite filling should work just fine.
