I am pregnant (30 weeks) and I've been struggling with dry skin the whole time (winter plus pregnancy is double whammy for me). Mostly it's "under control" with occasional breakouts.
I just was itchy and realized I have a patch of full-blown eczema on my areola. I am very, very interested in getting that gone before I am nursing a baby. I have used no soap/ointment on this area for the whole pregnancy. I use dye-free detergent (free and clear) b/c of other family members. My under clothes are all cotton or other breathable fibers, including bras, except for a couple.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or what should I put on it to make the itchy patch go away????
Also I've been eating a low-ish carb diet--less than before, for sure.
