Firefly DVD .... Anyone?

I know you Joss Whedon fans are out there. I heart Joss and absolutely adore Firefly.

DH and I were devistated when the show went off the air (evil Fox network) and can't wait to see the 3 unaired episodes. If they had only run the pilot first (instead of 3 months later) I think it would have been quite a hit. We suspect that it cost Fox so much money, they didn't want it to succeed.

I think it had the potential to be the best of his shows (and this is coming from a Hardcore Buffy/Angel fan). I have been singing the theme song for days now.

Any thoughts/rants?

I bought it for Dh for xmas, we (and especially he) loved that show. I agree, shortsited of Fox. Can't wait to see the unaired. Have heard a movie is in the works? GREAT casting.

Another one I missed totally since I was in the baby cave was Jeremiah...it was a JMS show (guy who did Bab 5) on showtime and is cancelled...look forward to check that out on DVD.
