Does anyone know if omega 3s get killed with heat?

I recently read that when you cook fish the 3s get killed so it should be eaten raw. I do eat it raw but not always so I was just wondering.

I was told I am slightly O3 deficient. It's interesting because I never knew I was and looking back, I used to have way more symptoms than I do now. But she still saw a deficiency so I want to increase intake.

I am taking Green Pasture's FCLO and I do 1 ML a day, the naturopath told me to double my intake or use another brand because, "obviously it's not working". Does anyone take this brand? She recommended Nordic Naturals instead.
