Anyone else use this makeup? They have really good ratings on the EWG skindeep cosmetic safety database and I've ordered it twice before, but then I ordered a large orer (over $100... ordered some for my sister) in December and I haven't gotten it yet. I've repeatedly emailed and tried calling, but they don't answer their phone, the phone mailbox is full, and she isn't emailing me back. I have a strong feeling She read my email because right after my first email to her (that she never responded to) the status of my order on their website said "Shipped" but that was in early January and I still haven't gotten it.
Weird thing is, I've been able to get ahold of a guy who says he doesn't work for the Alchemists apprentice anymore (I got his email address because that's the address that sent me my order confirmation) and he says he can't get ahold of the owner Pamela himself, either.
I don't know, the whole thing is so weird. I'm really bummed because in the past they had great service. I'd get extra samples in the mail for free with a nice note. She helped me choose my color when I first emailed her a year or 2 ago and was always very helpful.
Just sending this out to warn others against shopping there. Anyone have any other make up companies they like? Ideas?
