What sorts of guidelines are people following for feeding their babies/toddlers? I'm esp thinking about the transition time between baby and toddler.

My YDD is turning 1 next week. We haven't given her any grains. She also doesn't have any molars. DH is kinda antsy to give her grains/breads etc. I'm holding off till she has molars but I'm not certain that is the right choice. I know NT talks about waiting till over 1 for grains and DD will be over 1 next week but still only has 6 teeth.

Any other foods that seem to be better digested once molars arrive? Should I wait on all things that are recommended for "over 1". Like beans or strawberries or citrus?

YDD is allergic/intolerant of soy, dairy and egg. Soy is the only one that seems to bother her when I eat it. I know she isn't going into this with perfect digestion so I'm being super cautious. ODD is allergic/intolerant of wheat, egg and sugar.
