Just saw this on the news...thought I would share...

It's strange, but all day long today I was questioning my no vax decision...then I turn on the news and there is my reminder and encouragement! The part that stood out to me (and I had heard this before) was that Merck is pushing the vax for boys now (because boys can pass hpv to <vaccinated> girls). Nothing says "This is all about $$$$$" to me more than that.

Seriously? A large number of people have reactions immediately following vaccination and they can't find a reason for it?

And what do you mean can pass it along to vaccinated girls? Why vaccinate if someone is going to just pass it along anyway?

I added the <vaccinated> part since they want all girls to get the vax. I don't understand the logic either..we want all girls to get the vax, but we also want all the boys to get it so they don't pass it on to those girls. Huh? Oh what is that smell? ahhhhh fresh dollar bills...

ETA: So, looking at the figures given, they made a vaccine to give to the entire virgin population to protect 11,000 people? I suppose in another decade we'll hear about the 11,000,000 people who die each year from it and how important the vaccine is because we would all otherwise die.
