Hormone clarification help please - X-posted

I had my hormones checked 7 DPO because my cycles are messed up after being on the pill and they were the following -

Progesterone - 18

Estradiol - 251.4

FSH - 3.3


Can someone please explain these to me? My doctor said they are "fine" and didn't want to meet with me. My husband is in the military so I go on base and my doctor pretty much dismissed me at this point. Any clarification would be great. I know that my progesterone is normal for 7 DPO but from what I could find, my estrogen is high. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You should be able to call your doctor's office back and have them read you the range of normal on the lab results, to see where you fall in that range. In some states, you also have a right to request your own copy of the results directly from the lab - call the lab to ask about that. And you should be able to get a copy from the doctor of what is in your chart, as part of your medical record.
But...

Here's what I found on a search on http://medlineplus.gov/
FSH:
"Follicular phase of the menstrual cycle: 3.5-12.5 IU/L
Mid-cycle: 4.7-21.5 IU/L
Luteal phase of the menstrual cycle: 1.7-7.7 IU/L
Postmenopausal: 25.8-134.8 IU/L"

Estradiol:
"Female (premenopausal): 20 to 400 pg/mL "

Serum progesterone:
"Female (pre-ovulation): less than 1 ng/mL
Female (mid-cycle): 5 to 20 ng/mL"

HTH! According to that, it looks like all your levels are within normal range for the luteal phase (post-ovulation, before period).
