what kind of curtains?

I'm sewing curtains (and duvet covers, pillows, accessories and under-loft canopies!) for my kids' rooms. What style of curtain do you recommend? Ihave heard tab-top is not ideal for curtains that will be moved often. Grommet-top? Other? Any particular patterns you reommend?
Thanks!!

Rod pocket is easy. Just fold over the top and stitch down leaving the ends open to slide a rod through.

Or use these and just hem a rectangle the right size.

Or sew ribbon ties to the top of the curtains and tie them to the rod.

I've made lots of curtains. I like them. They're pretty easy and look impressive.
