Best Sprouted Flour to buy

I've given up ordering flour from Summer's, though I do liked their products very much. I've found a couple of companies that sell sprouted flour online, Shiloh Farms/Essential Eating and Sprouted Bread and Flour co. Has anyone had experience with them--what is the quality like? Looking for both spelt and wheat. The first is a better deal, but i like the wider range of products from Flour Co.
