Anyone ever do a third batch on their kvass? My second tends to be stronger than my first and I would imagine a thrid would work, but I'm not sure about any issues with the ferment...kinda a novice...

Funny, I just had a glass of my Beet Kvass! Isn't it yummy!?!? I can't go a day without it! I always just do 2 batches from the original brew, but I don't think a 3rd could hurt! Sometimes my 2nd batch comes out stronger and sometimes weaker.... Not sure why the variation.
