That's what I keep telling myself over and over. And I totally waste tests because I test early, it's a BFN and then I tell myself "Well, it's still too early, so I'd better test tomorrow," and so on and so on until AF comes.

I never thought we'd be able to - especially after DS was born... this is actually my first overseas post! We figure - if we can see the world on someone else's dollar AND get paid to do it, then we'll do it as long as we can!!!

although... we really do *mostly* love Thailand... would have stayed at this school if the principal wasn't such a .......... oops - nearly said it out loud!!!!!!

and that said... we are looking at going back to Oz for a year so I can do my Masters in Gifted Education (plan is to make a difference at a school that actually admits that all students are NOT the same!!! ok I'm off my for now )... - ESPECIALLY if I do get a .... but if I don't, well - just taking every day as it comes!

af

I am still flowin' , it's been 3 days of heavy, solid bleeding. I was only one day late or else I would suspect mc, I was passing some pretty huge clots (sorry, tmi) and no cramping until the clots started passing (on the 3rd day.)

Does anyone know if maca causes heavier bleeding and clotting? I hope it will end soon. I am taking Floradix for my low iron, and just at my wits end.

We have decided to not try so hard, to just relax more , though I am charting this month.

We have a 3 day vacation together (no kids) and I wish it was O time, but it will be fun to practice anyways

So, in honor of "the Week of Love" (not to mention, I am going to O sometime this week), my DH has decided that we are going to celebrate by BDing all week! I thought it was a great idea.

Anyone else's DH have great ideas like this?

We would move wherever if DH's job required us too...I know what you mean about seeing the world on someone else's dime! There are only a handful of places where I wouldn't move actually...

Awesome idea! Mine take frequent cueing and has very little originality...he's an engineer, what can I say...very analytical, not so creative.
I was quite shocked that DH had that idea! He's an accountant and it usually takes a lot of hinting for him too.

I'm not complaining this time!

I just had to deal with a woman who complained she could get pregnant at a drop of the hat... .... BLEEP you.

Ugh...my bff is like that. she got pregnant while she was on BC AND while using protection (no joke). That happened twice! She goes "well, that's how fertile I am". I'm thinking "spread some of that fertileness this way! I could use some!"

So annoying. : I hate that...I think we all know one of "those". Which is why when my friend, who got pg 3 times "by accident", complains about her kids acting out of control-she has 3 under 4- I laugh devilishly to myself(Mwah, hah, hah...*Dr. Evil laugh*) because it's the only way I feel better

I don't know what on earth is wrong with me, but I am soooooo exhausted all the time! I am having no other symptoms, I am just sleeping all day lately

SharmaQueen, Thanks for your answers/feedback to my wonderings, from a few days ago. That makes me feel that much better that I think I did ovulate last Tuesday.

And, I forgot to give hugs to all those who's periods showed up...so here you go... , to all the mamas, and here's to the next cycle!

And yes, this week of love feels so promising and fertile, doesn't it? I just love seeing all the red and thinking of all the valentine's plans ahead of us.

Weismommy, where in CF do you live? I grew up in Orlando, so am familiar! Your talk of weather is so funny and familiar. Though I grew up there, I actually quite love the colder weather, believe it or not. I'm in SoCal, and miss the seasons and snow. We are going to Canada this week (and for valentine's day) to visit DH's family, so it'll be fun to get a dose of snow and wintry fun

If I had O'd at my normal time, my period would be due this Tuesday, and I don't feel pms-y at. all. I wish I could count that and be excited about it, but I know that I o'd super late this cycle, and am probably actually only 5 dpo. So...I am putting it out of my mind, for the most part.

CONGRATULATIONS, Catubodua!!! I hope you have a beautiful happy healthy 9 months

Here's hoping for a very fertile week, with lots of fun BDing, O'ing, and BFP's!

Keep sharing those possible pregnancy symptoms, and mamas tempted to test...here's giving you some strength to hold out! (oh, i struggle with that one myself)...

congrats Catubodua!! :

same same me... (sorry, been here too long )
but I am starting to think that somewhere that does have real seasons might be nice... all we get is hot, hot and raining, and not quite so hot (although that said, for about a week early January I had to wear a pashmina in the mornings because it was actually quite chilly... for a couple of hours anyway... )

can I be moved to waiting to know please? TIA

CD18... 2or3dpo... sorry I'm so vague... some odd crampiness today... probably because I drank 2 bottles (1.2 litres) of green tea this morning...

I would gladly give you girls a good dose of snow and wintry fun, in fact you can have all of it. I'm tired of not being able to go outside without it taking hours, and then after I get all the snowsuits on have dd1 say "I have to go pee". I would just like some heat, I keep on seeing all our friends pictures from Mexico or Hawaii or somewhere warm, and I am soooo jealous!!

As for moving anywhere... DH was offered a job in Sweden last week. Unfortanetly we are unable to take it this year due to MIL being so sick right now. But I have been dreaming about moving to Sweden now. And I want to move sooo bad!!

DH is all for BD all this week and next week.

Temp dropped below coverline this morning....that's never happened before during my LP. I've felt like poo the last couple days...yesterday I had a headache all day and took lots of Tylenol. I'm also heartburnish and nauseaus...could these cause my temp to drop? That's what I'm thinking...

Well yesterday I thought it looked like my cervix was going unfertile again, but I this lunchtime I think it looks like I'm heading towards EW CM. How exciting is that. I can actually stretch it so it does really look like something may happen. I have never been quite so interested in my own CM before.

I am just going to be so excited if I actually ovulate. Just to have the chance to get pregnant again is wonderful

If you want to move to Europe the best thing might be to do a TEFL course. I did languages at uni and quite a few of my friends are living abroad teaching english, one's in Vietnam, another was in China now she's in Dubai but will eventually settle down in Spain, another friend is also in Spain. You can also move around easily and try out loads of countries. I think the British Consulate are a good TEFL employer, don't know how it'd work being American and applying, but you could look into it. Just think you could have multilingual children.

Where I live it costs me less to get back to my home town by plane than it does for my friend to get back by train from the south, but yet I'm probably just about the same difference from my home town than I am to the Sahara.

Lauren you might want to try telling her to keep her hat on then. Either that or figure out what's causing it. If darwin's right then how do these people manage to reproduce?

I don't think overly fertile people should complain. If birth control doesn't work how about maybe using birth control, plus not having sex during their fertile time. Or even get a coil fitted and wear a condom when they're ovulating. It's not that difficult is it?

DH is a teacher, plus he taught ESL in Korea and here in Canada. But he says he doesn't want to teach ESL anymore. The job they offered him in Sweden is teaching math/science in English. He has also been offered a job in the UK but he doesn't want to be a teacher there as he's heard that they offer the foreigners the crap teaching positions, and it is a lot more expensive to live in the UK then Sweden. Or so we have heard. We've looked into Dubai as well, and perhaps moving back to Korea. But like I said, DH doesn't want ESL jobs anymore, he likes teaching math/science. So really Sweden is our best offer at this moment. Just wish we could take it this year! I would love our kids to be multilingual.

I totally agree. I think it is people not being informed about their body, as well as birth control. Its funny the amount of people complain about getting pregnant while on the BCP, but if I ask them, "so did you take the pill everyday at the same time." they always seem to reply. "well no, I skipped a few days and rarely took it at the same time every day." If they really didn't want to get pregnant, they wouldn't.
