I found a use for the Turbo Tax CD that I got mailed... I made some nursing pads today. I found that out of a yard of flannel, I could get 2 pairs length-wise (16 circles) with plenty of flannel left over for other projects (more nursing pads, diapers, wipes, whatever).
The Turbo Tax CD makes a good template.
Then I followed these instructions to make a few pairs of flat ones, and these instructions to make a few with darts (although I used 4 circles of flannel, not 3).
