Yesterday, I was grocery shopping and I almost always carry Matilda in the Hotsling. I had her in the sling and she was sleep-nursing while I shopped.
: The older woman who was at the end of an aisle giving out samples says very loudly "IS SHE BREASTFEEDING?!" I said yes and kept shopping. She then yells to me "You know that is the best thing for them don't you." I said, "Oh, yes. I know." She then said "God Bless You." 
We must all continue to nurse naturally in public and sling our babies. Leave the "hiding in the car to feed" for when we are giving them junk food.
