face wrinkles

I know I'm getting older and wrinkles are all part of aging and I really am willing to accept lines under my eyes and across my brow... but it would be nice to slow things down a little.

Any suggestions ? and please nothing extreme like botox or something with fermaldyhide in it

I also use rose hip seed oil. In the shower I cleanse with castille soap, then I gently pat my face dry and use a spray bottle to spritz on rose hydrosol to tone. Then I apply the rose hip seed oil (full strength, no other oils added) to my face. I use my ring finger so I don't tug my skin. This all happens within a minute or two of getting out of the shower. That way the oil helps lock in the moisture my face has already absorbed.

I really noticed results after the first week. My skin just looked brighter, more alert. I'm 28 so my wrinkles were very small and just developing but they seem to be gone now.

I had previously used the oil mixed with several other oils but I didn't notice significant results until I started using it full strength.

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen every single day (must have zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, or avobenzone/parsol), a hat and sunglasses when you're outside, and moisturizer. There's not much you can do about existing sun damage, but your can really slow it down.
