Hi ladies! I'm 6 1/2 weeks along with number five and my uterus feels sore. Is anyone else experiencing this? It isn't crampy or ligament pain it feels more like my uterus ran a marathon and is sore and tired now.

Well this is my 6th pregnancy with 2 having ended in miscarriage. I don't really feel that I have a sore uterus more that it is just very uncomfortable. Like I just feel uncomfortable any time I am sitting down. Don't know if that makes sense.. it is hard to describe.

With both my first pregnancy and this one, starting around week 5 I noticed that even though I hadn't gained any weight and I wasn't showing at all, my pants felt really tight, and I couldn't stand anything touching my abdomen.

No bloating because in reality everything fit the same, but even just lightly touching my abdomen is kind of painful around that time. I don't know why and maybe it's not the same as what you're describing. I can't quite remember when it went away the first time, either...and I'm now at almost 6 weeks and it hasn't yet.

I've been having that too. To me it felt like a constant tightening, like my uterus was saying 'oh, I guess I have a job to do now'.

Yeah I had that for a couple of days along with some very scant light spotting. The spotting stopped and my uterus stayed sore for another day afterward. Now the soreness is gone completely. Maybe the baby was just burrowing in a little deeper. Who knows!

yes, yes, what lil_stinkyfeet and blueeyedlady said!! I don't like anything touching my abdomen and it's very uncomfortable sitting down (even though clothes still seem to fit). In addition, I'm definitely crampy too.
