"babylegs" and cloth diapers for boys

During the daytime I like letting my LO run around with no pants on (he is in a phase of hating pants) I have seen people talkinga bout babylegs and I was wondering if this was a girly thing or if you put them on your boys too?

I put baby legs on my son!! Well, now I don't since its hot down here but when we visit our parents in Washington State I totally do!

My son has two pairs. I think they are really cute.

My DS is running around in a pair of babylegs right now.

DS has two pairs, with a cool skull-and-crossbones pattern. I don't think they're for girls at all.

Babylegs are wonderful! They have TONS of prints and colors. Some are girly but there are plenty that are neutral/boyish too.

The skull ones are Jolly Jack...DS has them too. They are SO for boys too! My son runs around in them when he was learning to crawl when it was a little warmer. They are fun!

My DS has a couple pair. I looked for non-girly ones. He has a grey pair, a blue pair and an Texas A&M set to match his Texas A&M onsies.

I haven't used them yet, but I have a couple of pairs for DS. I've seen them on boys and they are definitely not girly!

my 2 year old loves em. i make most of his though . it's great this time of year when all the long socks are going on clearance for spring. i go to the womens sock section , pick out some guyish long socks and cut them at the ankle. i put the banded part on his thigh and leave the cut part by his foot , theylook great, fit nice , no sewing required and i don't pay 13-15 bucks a pair . just a suggestion.

DS spends a good part of each day running around in BabyLegs...I think they are so cute on him but not girly at all. He gets lots of compliments on how cute he looks in them and it's a lot easier to change him when I don't have to pull off a pair of pants (which sometimes pulls the dipe and cover off too).

There are clearly boyish patterns as well as plenty of solid colors - that said, everything we own is gender neutral since I had a boy and girl 18 months apart so I do all their shopping with sharing in mind.

Babylegs AND other brands of baby leg warmers, don't forget those.

Most do carry lots of boy-friendly patterns. Definitely not just for girls!

I love Babylegs. Period LOL.
I wish I had thought to make my funky socks into them when ds (now 5.5) was a babe. He wore funky tights though. Daily.
He was incredibly chubby and the roll down sock and creep up pants thing kept his legs cold... until he started wearing tights .

My littlest babe (15 Mos) wears babylegs ALOT with shorties or soakers. I absolutely LOVE them. Her rainbow are my faves :.

My son too

Yup, my son wears them too. I would not recommend Babylegs brand, they are part acrylic and feel very scratchy. I paid $12 per pair and never use those. I suggest looking on etsy.com to get them, they usually run $8 a pair there, and they have lots more cool patterns. Plus when you buy there you are supporting WAHMs.

Well to be fair, babylegs has many varieties, including wool and 100% organic cotton. I've never found any of them to be especially scratchy, and some are particularly soft. Luxurious even.

I think they even have a line that's specifically extra-soft, though I don't know the fiber content off the top of my head.

My DS wears them often enough. We use them as leggings around the house, and under pants when it is cold outside.

I think that as long as there are no pink hearts, leg warmers totally work for boys. I love Sew Crafty Baby. She definitely has some boyish argyle and solids, plus free shipping and great customer service. I have several and they make changes so easy.

well, this boy is still cooking and i didn't know about/they didn't have abylegs when DS1 was a baby but i've been browsing them online and plan to get a couple when DS2 gets here.
