Needing Valentines Treats Ideas

Okay, this is where it gets difficult...between the 3 of us, we're soy-free, dairy-free, chocolate-free, sugar-free, and wheat-free (spelt is okay).

Anyone have ideas for a fun treat to make? I sure don't.

Can you use maple syrup, brown rice syrup, agave syrup or fruits to sweeten things?

nak but are there websites that sell heart shaped maple candy? or you could get molds and make them I bet....
can you make muffins and add strawberries or raspberries, they will be red/pink.'
are you just cane sugar free or all sweetners?
yoi could make smoothies with red berries and freeze them into pops....not exactly portable but still fun.

i got some wax paper and am going to use two heart shaped cookie cutters to make chocolate hearts with some melted enjoy life chocolate chips and some spectrum shortening. i tried to use this as the icing on my son's bday cupcakes but it got to hard so i thought it would be perfect for making chocolate candy out of.

Yes, just not sugar or cane sugar. Sorry I took so long to respond.
