Law in MT to protect BF moms with jurry duty?

DH said he heard something on the radio today that a mom on the western side of the state had her child taken from her and she was held in contempt. He also said that there is a law going to comittee to protect us? Anyone know anything?

Here's the article I found about this. Thanks for mentioning it, I'm from MT originally and am going to get the word out so that my family/friends who are still there, will contact their legislators in support of this bill.
