Rice Chex breading?

Okay, so I can't figure out where my rice flour is (or anything flour-y besides my corn starch), and honestly, I'm too tired to care right now. So I was wondering if anyone has used crushed Rice Chex for breading chicken? Did it turn out okay? Nice and crunchy? Tonight is "oven fried chicken" day on the menu I'm working on, so I'm hoping it'll turn out okay...
I plan to give it a shot, but if anyone has any tips etc in the next few minutes, I'm listening.

Crushed it up, added salt and pepper, oregano, basil and marjoram, some onion powder and some garlic powder. Turned out great.

They're gluten dairy and egg free, that's all I know for certain. Not sure about soy, may be in the vitamins used to "fortify" it.
