Is it possible to drink too much coconut water? I added it into my diet about 2 weeks ago when I was feeling dehydrated despite a lot of water and getting a lot of leg cramps. At first I was only having about 8 ounces a day (in addition to at least 50-60 ounces of water) but I've found I really like it (I buy Vita Coco) and it really helps so I'm up to about 16 ounces a day now - I tend to add 2-3 ounces coconut water to about 10-12 ounces water and do that maybe 5-6 times a day. Just want to make sure this seems ok and that there shouldn't be any negative repercussions from it. TIA!
