Midwife in Arlington, VA/D.C. area?

I am trying to help my brother and SIL find a good midwife.

This is their first baby and they are looking for a private practice midwife in the Arlington, VA/D.C. area.

They would like a hospital or a birth center within a hospital.

They are currently with an OB/midwife practice but are looking for a private practice midwife that can give more personal attention.
