timing of eczema flare-ups

How soon after you or your LO consumes a trigger food do you see the eczema flaring up? Particularly in the face? I am having a relaly hard time figuring out the timing of DSs reactions.

And do you notice that the redness improves with sleep? Or is this just coincidental?

Thank you!

Sometimes DS reacts pretty immediately with inflamed cheeks. Other times, there may be a delay of several hours. We're more aware of the immediate ones, however.

It really is different for everyone. But for my DD, her eczema starts to flare within 12 hours, and peaks between 12-24 hours after eating something bad.
