Getting 'Started' Advice Needed... Thanks In Advance!

Okay, so here's my writing background:

*Always loved to write

*Been taking writing classes for about three years

*My mentor (a writing instructor at my college who has been published himself) is convinced I can be published (Yay!)

*I have an amazing ideas that I've been writing/thinking on for about three years

*All my writing for this book so far is in snippets, synopsis, character descriptions, and so forth (it adds up to about 100 pages I think)

*I am having DD at the end of May and am Mommy to a seven year old boy who I am unschooling

* My goal is to finish the book by the time DD arrives ambitious, I know!

So: any tips, hints, advice, whatever? Thanks ladies :
