Online/computer based meal planner

I'm looking for either a PDF or Word doc that I can type write into and then print out, or some sort of free meal planning software, or an online site where I can menu plan and then print out a menu. I want to be able to use my own recipes. Anyone know of anything?

Ooh, ooh! You can use the free meal planner on my site, and you can upload your own recipes to it. I do moderate the recipes, so they have to be healthy to make it into the database. Check it out to see if it'll work for you:

Check out www.mealsmatter.com. I haven't actually used it, but I was browsing around and it looked pretty good.

kaaris, I'm trying out your site, but when I type in 'jalapeno', it says "unknown food". Why?
