What to pack in a diaper bag?

I'm doing cloth diapers and I'd like ideas of what to pack. Yes, I'm a 2nd time mom, but please refresh my memory, b/c it's been a while!

well, i'm an over-packer, so you may not need all i put in mine for 1 baby i'd pack:

1 diaper for each hour out plus 1 extra
2 extra changes of clothes including socks and a hat
cloth wipes
wet bag
changing pad
2 burp cloths
an extra pacifier (if using them)
if bfing, extra breastpads
if bottle feeding, all the stuff you need for that
extra flannel blanket (just in case, can be used as impromptu changing pad, a blanket, a burp cloth, etc)
lovey for babe if s/he uses one
and a sling ***i found this to be one of the most important***

fwiw~ i have 4 kiddos, 2 PT and 2 in full time cloth, i have A LOT more than this list

I am an underpacker. For a run to a store I just pack a small wet bag with 1 diaper, 3 wipes, and 1 plastic pants, and I stick the wetbag in my purse.

For a couple hours trip I pack 3 diapers, 1 cover, 3 wipes. For a newborn I would also pack 1 change of clothes, 2 breastpads, and 1 small receiving blanket (can also be used as an emergnecy extra diaper!).

The only thing i would add, if I have space, is an extra shirt for myself - my #1 was a real spitter. Love my sling. Oh - and a nursing cover (especially for at church).

I keep all of the "extras" (clothes for the baby and me, extra dipes) in the car. That way I have them in an emergency but I'm not hauling it all around with me at all times. I pack way less in my bag now than I did the first time around, and that's with adding cloth.

(i put the above 3 in my wetbag)
ziplock of small toys
2-3 nonperish snacks (i have toddler)
tissues
my wallet
small notebook and pen
