I was thinking Nip/Tuck or The L Word???

Dh and I netflix The LWord together every few weeks. We both really like it. If you like shows about relationships and race/gender issues - you'll love it. It's serious/ and funny at the same time.

hmmmmm.. I think we have a DVD waiting for us now... smile.

I have to say Nip Tuck, pure jaw dropping entertainment and Christain's butt is great to look at also! Just no kiddies around at all, adult content for sure.

queer as folk (if open to another gay show), love me some brian
west wing (if into politics)
bones (great show with a cast with great chemistry)
veronica mars (seems like a "teen show" but it is so much more than that)

L Word doesn't get good until about season 4. I actually found the first 2 or 3 seasons to be completely intolerable.

Queer as Folk
Bones
House
Lost

All of those are fantastic from day one, IMO, and the stories are complex enough to keep you interested. YMMV.

I loved season 1. Escobar is hands down one of my top 10 tv characters ever.

Seriously? I must be missing something. I still have a few episodes left in season 1 but so far, he's pretty horrific. He makes my skin crawl.

He is awful. But, he was honest about who he was, unlike every other character on that show. He didn't try to pretend he wasn't a bad bad man, he didn't pretend to be "good" to get what he wanted. I don't know why exactly I enjoyed the character so much. Plus how they got him back was fantastic!

Nip/tuck all the way, but you should start it from the beginning ie season 1 and watch it all the way through, or else you wont know who has slept with who yet PP is right though, no kids around.
