Hi - hoping i can find some help for this little snowman!

While this is my very first attempt at DPNs, that part went swimmingly well! The problem i'm having is figuring out how to sew the nose to the face! I'm not sure how to do it, and make it neat - since the head is already stuffed and closed

Also... i haven't made a french knot since my first counted cross stitch project... about.. oh... 21 years ago! I avoid them cause i never do them right!! Any help in getting a french knot right?

For French knots: push the needle through the fabric so the needle is facing toward you; then wrap your yarn or embordery floss around the needle once or twice; push needle back through the fabric carefully so as not to fully pull the "knot" all the way through.
