Ergo and Canadian West coast summer weather

Hi,

I'm moving back to the West coast (Vancouver Island) from South Korea soon. I've been wearing my ds in an Ergo and I really like it. It's been a few years since I've been home so I don't quite remember how hot it gets in the summer. Will the Ergo be fine for the summer or should I look for a summer carrier?

Now, I can buy a summer mesh Chunei here before I go at a reasonable price. But, I much prefer the Ergo to the Chunei (I have a Chunei already).

So, what do you think? Will I be okay for the summer with my Ergo?

I live in southern WA state. The summers here are very similar to Vancouver Is. My Ergo works great for summer weather here.

If you are looking for an excuse to buy something new, I tried the ergo sport and it was really nice. Lighter weight fabric with an air-slit in the back for better ventilation. It also seemed taller, but I haven't directly compared. The new waist design was great!

Great! Good to know. The summers here in Korea are very hot and horribly humid. I am so looking forward to the cooler summers on the west coast!

Syd'smom- Great idea! Perfect excuse to get one! Hee hee. I think my husband would like that one.
